Step-by-Step Implementation

  1. Organize the operations tracker with a unique reference column such as Equipment ID, Location Code, or Work Order Number.
  2. Create a Smart Form with the reference column selected.
  3. Select editable fields: Status, Condition, Notes, Last Inspected Date, etc.
  4. Enable prefill to show the current equipment status or last recorded data.
  5. Generate QR codes for each work area and post them at the relevant locations.
  6. Train field workers on the 30-second scan-and-submit workflow.
