The Problem

HR departments maintaining employee directories in Smartsheet need profile photos for ID badges and org charts. Collecting photos from hundreds of employees via email produces inconsistent file formats and naming conventions. Matching each photo to the correct record is tedious.

The Solution

Camera Form lets each employee enter their Employee ID, take a photo using their phone camera, and submit. The photo is uploaded directly to their Smartsheet row as an in-cell image.
