Step-by-Step Configuration
- Address Source
Select your sheet and the column containing full addresses (Street, City, Zip).
- Pin Info
Select "Name Column" (title of pin) and "Status Column" (determines color).
- Generate
Click Save. The map will process addresses. This may take a moment for large lists.
- Share
You get a public link to the interactive map.
Pin Logic
- Blue Pins: Status contains "Yes", "Active", "Open", "Available".
- Grey Pins: Status contains "No", "Inactive", "Closed".
- Route Planning: Click any two pins on the map to see route and distance.
Troubleshooting
- Wrong location?Ensure addresses include City and State/Country. Ambiguous addresses (e.g., "Main St") may map incorrectly.
