How Collision Detection Works

Before the first file is cloned, Echo Deployer performs a "Pre-Deployment Scan." It checks the target workspace for any folders or files that already match the intended project name or ID. If a match is found, the system can be configured to either Abort the deployment with an error log or Skip the redundant files, preventing the waste of API calls and sheet limits.

Deployment Guardrails

• Project ID Validation: Ensure that no two deployments share the same internal project tracking number.
• State Awareness: SmartSyncApp tracks the deployment status within its own internal database, preventing a single trigger from firing multiple times.
